In order to make sure that the entire company was educated about the brand updates and to get them excited, we had an R2i brand launch day event. Each employee was given a gift box with a sampling of new branded collateral piece inside, the offices were decorated with new brand colors, pins were made with different sayings that helped to communicate the new tone and mood of the brand. We also had "cupcake drops" at each office that showed elements on the new branding and a mid day presentation / walk through of the new brand elements.
With a new brand, we were in need of a space update as well. Wall graphics and general interior space planning was vital.
